1. Project Cancellation
If a client cancels the project within 24 hours of payment and before work has started, a 100% refund (minus transaction fees) will be processed.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Once the development work has started or resources (hosting/domain) have been purchased, the advance payment is non-refundable.
3. Service Satisfaction
If you are not satisfied with the work, we offer up to 3 major revisions. Refund requests after project delivery will not be entertained.
4. Hosting & Domains
Payments for third-party services like Web Hosting or Domain Names are non-refundable under any circumstances.
