1. Scope of Work
Finqura Technologies provides Web, App, and Software development services as per the mutually agreed Project Requirement Document (PRD).
2. Payment Milestones
For any project, a 50% advance payment is required to initiate development. The remaining 50% must be paid after the project completion but before the final source code handover.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client becomes the sole owner of the developed software/website code. However, Finqura Technologies reserves the right to showcase the work in its portfolio.
4. Termination
Either party can terminate the contract with a 7-day notice period if the other party fails to fulfill their obligations.
