1. SERVICE ENGAGEMENT

By accessing www.finquratechnologies.sbs, you agree to be bound by these terms. All software and web development services are provided by the legal entity Himanshu Meena.

2. INDIAN PRICING & PAYMENTS

All service quotations are in Indian Rupees (INR). A standard 50% mobilization advance is required for all projects. Payments are processed through CCAvenue, ensuring secure transaction protocols.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Upon final settlement of all dues, the ownership of the custom-developed source code is transferred to the client. Himanshu Meena retains the right to display the project for portfolio purposes.

4. JURISDICTION

Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sikar, Rajasthan, India.
